Pie Time

So, I love pie. And, pies are probably my favorite thing to bake! Soooo, when summer rolls around and there are fresh Lancaster County strawberries everywhere, I just have to make Strawberry Pies!

A friend of ours let us pick strawberries from their garden!

Mmmm...don't you just want to eat one?!?

And here is the final product: Fresh Strawberry Pie with Homemade Whipped Cream.

I also had an order for a French Silk Chocolate Pie...Chocolate Lovers: this is the pie for you!! There is so much Chocolate-y Goodness in this pie--topped off with Homemade Whipped Cream and Chocolate Curls.

Baby Shower Butterflies!

It's a Girl! This was my first shower to do for a baby girl, and I was very excited to decorate with pinks and purples and be all "girly"!! My high school piano teacher was throwing this shower for her daughter, and it was very special for me to get to be a part of it!

I tried a new twist on the cake pops this time around and made them Chocolate-Chocolate Chip!

mmmm...

And on to the cupcakes...

I made Chocolate Cupcakes with pink, purple,and green Buttercream Frosting.

I made the butterflies out of fondant that I tinted purple and pink. Then I dusted them with edible shimmer dust!
